The Worthington Area Youth Baseball Association (WAYBA) is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to offering youth ages 7 through 18 the opportunity for competitive baseball in the Worthington Area.  WAYBA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is funded through sponsorships, donations and volunteer services from local businesses, parents and community members.

Countless volunteer hours are what founded and established WAYBA in 1989, and this tradition continues today as parents, community members, and area businesses strive to maintain a quality competitive baseball program for our area youth.
